All appointments MUST be booked online. We DO NOT manually schedule appointments. If an appointment date or time is not available, please reach out to us via phone or text.
A deposit is REQUIRED upon booking. Deposits can be made online or via

Please be sure to store an active email to your booking profile. Clients receive a confirmation email after appointments are reserved. Text reminders are optional but recommended!
Please note that all appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24HRS before the scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so online or email/text your service provider at the contact number provided.
Any clients that do not communicate cancellations or late notice will be considered a NO SHOW. More than (1) NO SHOW appointment and you will no longer be able to book any future appointments.
Any cancellations or rescheduling after the 24hr notice will be charged 100% of the service total minus any deposits previously paid. Same day rescheduling will incur a $15.00 fee due at the next scheduled appointment. Cancellation of multiple services within a 24hr period will result in pre-payment of the full amount for any future services. If payment is not collected at the time of booking, by booking an appointment, you consent to charging the card on file for the scheduled appointment and adhere to all policies.
In the event that a cancellation happens on behalf of the service provider and the service can not be rescheduled, a full refund of any amounts or fees paid will be issued within 3-business days of the cancellation.
By booking, you authorize Beauty by Juji to charge your card 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your appointment or if over 10 minutes late for your visit. You MUST schedule a New Appointment online if past 10 minutes late and your card will be charged the full 100% value of the service(s) missed. Once your appointment is missed, you will have to reach out to us via phone or text to confirm if there are appointments available on the same appointment day.
All No-Call/No-Show clients will have their appointments cancelled and will be charged 100% of the service total and will not be able to re-book if this is a second offense. If your card is charged due to non-compliance of this policy and is declined, your profile will be blocked from making any future appointments until the balance for the time reserved is satisfied. Services with a duration of 20 minutes or less do not qualify for a grace period. If the client is late, it is up to the service provider's discretion to continue with the appointment.
You are welcome to bring guests to your spa appointments here at Beauty By Juji.
We invite adult guests to wait in our waiting area while you are being serviced. Although the salon is not an appropriate place for children, we do understand there are circumstances where they must accompany you to your appointments.
We do require that if you MUST bring them, they stay with you under your supervision while services are performed.
This is both for the safety of our staff and your children.
If you are receiving a Brazilian or Bikini wax we ask that you do not bring children to your appointment for your privacy.
Children MAY NOT be left unattended in the spa or waiting area.
Our support team cannot be responsible for supervising your children.
Our policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy their Spa experience,
with your child's safety in mind.
You also must understand this is a place adults come to relax so this policy is in place to ensure everyone is satisfied, but mostly safe.
Photography and/or Videography may be requested at the time or prior to appointment. By signing and or booking an appointment, you will be asked to give consent to be photographed in which the images will be used for any marketing purposes at Beauty By Juji’s discretion. You may decline verbally or written before any photos are taken at the appointment only.
Any fees assessed and full payments are non-refundable.
Habitually late clients will need to pre-pay before services are rendered.
All Sales are FINAL.
